Ceiling fans are also located in the main living area and bedroom.
No need to purchase any items for the kitchen as it is well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cook ware and small appliances - blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave. All major appliances are stainless and in great condition.
The main living area looks out toward the pool and Caribbean Sea. A sofa, side chairs and dining table make for a comfortable space that is open to the kitchen.
A stacked washer/dryer are in the unit, and there are some bed linens and towels available for use.
This unit is a long-term rental unit.
Only the following individuals can engage in Residential (Long Term) Rentals, which is governed by the Landlord & Tenant Act.
Belizean Resident (Citizens) who rents/leases a place to live in.
Foreigners who have obtained Permanent Residency and rents/leases a place to live in.
Foreigners who have obtained QRP Status and rents/leases a place to live in.
Foreign workers who have valid work permits and rents/leases a place to live in. (Diplomats, Ambassadors, etc.)
Foreign students who have valid student visas and rents/leases a place.
Foreigners who have business interest in Belize (work or cooperation agreement)
Foreigners who own property in Belize.
If it’s a regular tourist who reports to Immigration Department every month to get their Tourist Visa extended. They are required to stay in a property that is registered by BTB (notwithstanding the length of stay) and Taxes are to be declared on their behalf.
