Our Office

Our office is located by the Boca Del Rio Bridge, on the right hand side, before Sagebrush Church. We are on the ground floor, middle office; right where The Bridge House is located. Feel free to drop by if you are arround, we are happy to assist. We also have a black drop box located to the right of the main entry door where you can leave your keys upon checkout.

Drinking Water:

BelizeIt Vacation Rentals offers a 5-gallon jug of drinking water upon arrival. If you require more water you can venture to the store to exchange the bottle on your own.

Our Guest Experience Manager, Jessi Betancourt, is our resident guru in all things Belize. His experience, happy spirit and abundance of energy will ensure that whatever you dream a memorable experience to be, will simply be. Be it diving, fishing or swimming with sharks, to just finding the right sunscreen or channel on the TV, he is your wingman and will do his best to exceed your expectations. He will be on-hand to help book Tourism Gold Standard tour operators and restaurants, coordinate our grocery concierge service, answer any questions about our COVID-19 health and safety protocols, and more.

Mobile Phone:

The house has a local cell phone which you can use to make local calls. We charged it with credit upon arrival. If you require more credit, you can buy this at most stores in town. You will need to know the phone's number and the carrier's name. You can find this information on the back of the phone.

Safe:

The unit has a safe located in the bedroom across from the living room. It's located inside the closet. The combination for the safe is 12345678KEY. “KEY” is a little button with a key symbol.

The property has Wi-Fi.

Cable TV:

Casa Mar Y Sol has cable TV. Remote controls are located on the table in the living room. If you are having difficulty finding the cable channels, check the “source” or “input” and look for HDMI1 or HDMI2. There may be two remotes in the property. If that is the case, please use one to turn on the tv ( the original branded tv remote ) and the other one to change the channels, change the volume etc..

Grocery Concierge + Restaurant Delivery:

Guests are able to place an order in advance of arrival for food, beverage and just about anything under the sun to be stocked and refrigerated for when you arrive at your property. BelizeIt Vacation Rentals grocery concierge will be available to guests prior to their departure to Belize to talk about their grocery list, ensure availability and make suggestions on how to best enjoy the tastes of Belize from the comfort of your home away from home.

Amenities + Cleaning Service:

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 we won’t enter your personal space during your stay. If it is an emergency, please reach out to Jessi. There will be a small supply of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap and EPA approved cleaning supplies, but please ask Jessi about quantities and brands (if interested) to ensure that you have what you need to keep clean and tidy. You can stock additional supplies through our grocery concierge or by visiting a local store.

Laundry:

This property does not have any laundry facilities. You can also arrange for a local laundry service to wash/dry your personal items. The cost is $3.50 BZD per pound. You can find several laundromats in town.

Water + Power Interruptions:

The town of San Pedro sits on the Caribbean island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is a beautiful tropical paradise, like most Caribbean islands, in a small and developing country. Although most areas on the island are connected to electricity, water and internet, please be aware that there are occasional interruptions in service. Planned interruptions in service are announced by the local utility companies, and we strive to inform our guests as quickly as we are notified. When interruptions occur that are unplanned, the locals go about making the most of their day until service is restored.

Parking:

There is a designated parking space for this unit. If you rent a golf cart, please go ahead and park in this designated area beside the property.

Trash:

There is a designated receptacle located beside the property. Please bag your trash and place it in one of the receptacles.

Location:

This unit is north of the Sir Barry Bowen Bridge. There might be a toll fee (one way) for each pass over the bridge with a golf cart. Taxi cabs generally include this toll in their fares.

We have taken the time to highlight the property on Google maps. Once you arrive, you can use it to navigate to the property using your phone. If you don't have roaming data, we recommend downloading the map to your phone beforehand.
